My Training Car

Having taught students in my Renault Clio for just over a year I really got know what people want and need - and now I've changed my car to this Ford Fiesta, I think I've got the balance just right.
It looks cool, but more importantly it is a diesel with a great feeling clutch (easy to drive), light and positive steering controls, fantastic visability (good for manoeuvres) and wonderful handling.
Although I'd have loved to have a ZetecS or ST, neither of these come in a 5 door which really is where you get the extra visability due to the extra mini rear window and the smaller rear pillar. Still, I got it with the biggest wheels Ford would fit and blacked out windows!
My car is equipped with:-
- He-Man Dual Controls - extra safety for you and me
- Climate Control - keeps the temperature at the best level regardless of the weather, also no 'misting up!'
- Electric Mirrors - easy to alter, no messing about
- Power Steering - makes manoevering much easier
- 1.4 litre diesel engine - enough 'poke' to not feel slow, plenty around town
- ABS Brakes System - improves breaking distances and safety in the wet
- CD Player - for me when driving between lessons!!
- Blacked Out Windows - Makes the car stay cooler in summer
- Blue viper stripes - Needs no explaination!!
The car is also fully insured for all drivers that I am training when accompanied by me, or if you're on test with a DSA examiner.
